• Built a roster of approved vendors to streamline campaign operations

• Negotiated bulk discounts to reduce costs for candidates

Improving Party Operations

• Oversaw the automation of registering for a VAN account, significantly reducing turnaround time

• Instituted the use of Mobilize.us to involve more people in events across the state

• Held multiple volunteer activities statewide

  • Ex: Postcard Parties / Coffee Chats

• Began Democrats Care initiative to increase community involvement

• Worked with candidates across the state to cut turf, recruit volunteers, and knocked doors
